Resolution 2003-09-09.wta.1: Credit Card Donations

September 9th, 2003

This resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of SPI at their meeting of September 9, 2003.

WHEREAS,

1. SPI needs donations in order to conduct its business.

2. Credit card donations are a simple and effective way for people to donate.

3. Network for Good is providing credit card donation services to 501(c)3 charities at a good rate.

IT IS RESOLVED THAT,

Unless SPI's legal advisors find any problems with the terms and services as used by Network for Good SPI will use their services for online credit card donations.
