GeekBeacon as an SPI associated project

Resolution 2021-08-16.mcs.1: 
GeekBeacon as an Associated Project

WHEREAS

1. Resolution 2021-06-22.mcs.1: GeekBeacon as an Associated Project was
   adopted by the Board of Directors of SPI at their meeting of 2021-06-22.

2. The GeekBeacon project liaisons received notification of GeekBeacon's
   offer of affiliated project status on 2021-07-31.

3. The GeekBeacon project liaisons are on extended leave of absence due
   to personal reasons.

THE SPI BOARD RESOLVES THAT

4. The time to accept the invitation to become an SPI affiliated
   project is extended to expire on 2021-11-30.
