Kaplowitz advises that NY state tax filing deadline is June 30th, unless we receive more than $25,000 in gross receipts from NY state entities in 2005.
Robinson reports that tax filing is proceeding with Frank Boardman of MBS's help.
Robinson reports that funds in First IB will be moved to our Ameriprise account following DebConf and the Postgresql conference.

Spain Trademark
This issue has been deferred in the past while seeking legal advice. This issue has been again deferred in the search for legal advice.
PostgreSQL conference
Josh Berkus advises that the conference has received $31,000 of sponsorships, of which $12,000 should have been received.
The conference expected 60 attendees but has had to close registration and open a waiting list at 85.
The idea of joint SPI-project conferences being held in the future was floated for later discussion.

Annual meeting
Do we need to get voting going now? Does our voting software work? When do we need to start taking nominations?
Strictly speaking nominations is July 1-14, voting 15-28, swearing in the 29th
Annual board member elections take place at annual meeting and are governed by resolution 2004-08-10.dbg.2
Nominations take place from July 1st to 14th, with voting taking place from July 15th to 28th. Voting takes place using Condorcet/SSD, an explanation of which can be found at:

At the 2006 board meeting, the seats of Bruce Perens, Benj. Mako Hill, and John Goerzen will be up for election.
