President's Report
Bdale reports that he would be attending LinuxCon Japan and related events in Tokyo and looked forward to seeing SPI members there.

Secretary's report
Jonathan reported there had been a couple of emails from projects interested in becoming associated with SPI, and both had been replied to. There was also an outstanding request from sidux, which Ferdinand (devil) informed us was no longer valid.

There were no outstanding minutes available for voting upon.
Any other business
Joshua asked if the rest of the board would consider Cyanogen and K9 Mail (both Android related projects) as suitable candidates for associated project status. There were no objections to him contacting them.
